3/5 experience: The bad: Room was quite run down and dirty, there was lot of stains on the headboard, on the walls yellow stains and toilet was a bit dirty. Not worth the premium they are asking compared to other hotels in Trondheim. Also River view is not really a river view window is very small. No control over temperature in the room so it was very hot even in late September. No parking on premises and parking nearby is 360NOK per night. The good: THE BEST BREAKFAST, central location and staff was responsive and helpful.

Just booked a standard room for my parents-in-law. But mother-in-law manged to match her SAS status to Scandic friends, which gave her a big upgrading, to a suite! What a great birthday gift she got!!! They do enjoy the Norways best breakfast and great River view. They also tried the gym and it works quite alright. Great location with several restautants around, easy to get food and drinks. strongly recommend!

This is supposed to have an award-winning breakfast, however, due to the strike, I have to believe that the breakfast was limited. Location was great. I was literally in the shower when I discovered that the shampoo containers were empty. I had to call down for a refill which they did quite quickly. This was a last-minute Hotel change due to the strike Respectfully, Hotels.com should have paid for the cost differences of the hotels when the Radisson Blu close their hotel for the strike. Radisson broke their contract with Hotels.com. My contract with Hotels.com was still intact. BAD FORM Hotels.com!!!!!!
