Hotel Pension Eberty

Really good price, room and bathrooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Wasn't fancy but fit the price range. Although it was shared bathrooms, there was a separate bathroom with a toilet and shower so had complete privacy. Very close to public transport so was easy to get into city centre.

I stayed for 9 days. First day no WiFi. Then 3 days no heat or hot water. Staff merely said they are trying to fix it. Asked again the next day the same answer and got annoyed and inpatient. No sympathy no apology. I stayed on a single room amount the 18 rooms with 8 bathrooms. Never had to wait for bathroom. But Bathroom only gets clean once a day. Most of the time no toilet paper. No house keeping service for my 9 days of stay. Same sheet same towel. Got my own garbage out. If you need to stay here due to its cheap price just keep in mind the accommodation and service is the same level. Do not expect much then you will be just fine. Good luck!

Has a hostel feel to it and it can be very noisy. Could hear everything that was going on in the neighbouring rooms which was a bit annoying but overall was an okay place to stay. Was clean and served its purpose but not much more.

Was looking for a no frills place to stay in Berlin, was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, general appearance and of course the price. No eating facilities but there were plenty of Cafes etc within walking distance. Also close to Trams and S bahn.

Don’t know where to begin with this review. On first arrival the hotel itself is very hard to find. Not very clearly sign posted and it’s basically in a block of flats. Check in process wasn’t much easier as we had a new starter who hadn’t a clue what he was doing and didn’t have any help. Our room itself was filthy, the bottoms of our feet were black from dirt off walking around in our room alone. There was no shower block, it was a singular toilet with a shower inside so if you needed the loo and someone was having a shower you’d have to wait for them to be done, we only found 2 toilets during our stay, they were also filthy with bugs running everywhere, we both showered in our flip flops it was so dirty, there was no toilet roll either so I’d advise taking tissue with you. Staff only work until 6pm so after that if there’s any issues there’s nothing you can do about this. For instance all of the windows in our room were open and locked without a key so we weren’t to close them at all. The room backed onto a park where the locals would drink and party each not so it was impossible to sleep as they were literally outside our window. Would not reccommend this place at all.

It is pretty basic but if that is what you are looking for it is fine. Hotel staff were very helpful.

Hi, even though it was pretty cheap I think I wouldn't do it again. I coffee machine didn't work :( The bath room was too dirty. Lack of security, there are no proper controls(despite keys) who gets into the hotel/pension. For example, receptionist or cameras.

everything was fine except : 1. something clicked from above every morning for an hour or so 2. the electricity plug was the inly in the room and was located in the very inconvenient place. 3. no wi-fi connection while i siayed in the hotel though i was given a password.4. there was an only hanger in the wardrode. nothing else 5. the bed's part where head should lay was far from the wall so there was a gap of 15 cm or so. the pillow felt there all the time
