We thought it was a very good choice to stay here. The location was perfect. We took the train (S9) from the airport and went to Alexanderplatz station and then it was a short walk to the hotel. It’s a big hotel, it’s good but not charming, that’s what we experienced. Like a good, city hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast and even if it’s a big hotel there was a lot of space and not crowded, very well organized.

Great hotel in a great location. Staff were helpful and gave us a quiet room . I was so pleased that the window opened right up, instead of just a crack

I had a nice stay overall. The staff was friendly; however, unwilling to help me when the air conditioner went out during very hot weather. Not sure I’d stay again.

Great room. Great place. Great area. Close to tram and bus stops. About a 15 minute walk from the main train station. Quiet and safe area.

The hotel was in a great location and the room was fine for our needs. There was very limited cold air coming from the vent, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Another juggle was that the bathroom door wouldn’t lock. But aside from this, it was a pleasant stay.

Staff members were excellent, good breakfast and the rooms very clean. The only negative was that my room didn’t have a refrigerator to keep my medicine that required refrigeration, I had to give it to the front desk every day to keep it in the refrigerator for me. Other rooms had a refrigerator .

Had a lovely 3 night stay at this hotel, including breakfast each morning. The staff at check in we're very friendly, and the room was spotless. Lovely comfy bed and nice powerful hot shower. The hotel was really quiet at night which assisted a good night's sleep. Breakfast was brilliant and had loads of options for all preferences. We ate in the restaurant one rainy night and found the food really good quality and good prices across the menu. The staff working in the bar area were particularly friendly and really good service. The hotel can't be faulted for location, so central and handy for transport and attractions. Overall a really enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

Yes, clean room, staff were fine, breakfast was excellent. 1 issue: the pillows were not good, made sleeping a difficulty
