Very nice hotel in a good location. They allowed for an early check in. The pool is nice but wellness not really as it felt uncomfortable with children, people on phones and wearing swimwear in the sauna. All forbidden but not supervised. Next time I would not pay extra for the wellness

Will definitely visit this hotel again when in Berlin lovely and friendly staff. The bar staff are really nice and make excellent cocktails highly recommended 👍. The location is also great we walked everywhere but you can also take the tram or train which is a short walk away from the hotel.

Positives : Air conditioning, breakfast, staff, location, comfy bed, good shower Negative: duvets are too heavy unless you are staying in winter Greenwashing. All over the hotel they state how sustainable they are. As with most hotels they say that if you hang your towels up they won’t change them, but they do. It feels like the room staff ( who were lovely people) don’t know whether each room is occupied for one night or several. The light system is no good as you might want some service each day but not everything changed.

A very nice place to stay near the center of Berlin. Super location close to U-Bahn and Tram stations that take you everywhere. Excellent dining options, including in local area within walking distance. Great parking as well, though if driving remember the hotel sits within the Environmental Zone. Breakfast was extraordinary, and all personnel were polite and helpful. Will definitely be staying there again.
