The hotel met every expectation: the room was immaculately clean, large with walk in closet, large bathroom, sitting area and balcony. Room was equipped with a small minibar fridge, kitchenette with coffee maker and sink. Staff accommodated every request made to make our stay comfortable including late check out and adjusting the room temperature to my specifications. They also surprised me with a birthday gift - a bottle of sparkling wine. Location is exceptional. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a truly first rate hotel at a price that is lower than I would have expected in a major city. Rooms were large and luxurious, with a walk in closet as well as another closet. The balcony looked out on the city, and was a very nice touch. Staff were very helpful, and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was everything you would expect from a Michelin ** restaurant, including that it was pricey, but well worth it. Only niggle is that there was so much high tech automation about the room and it's lighting, that you could get confused what switch does what. Overall, it was a lovely experience I would repeat in a heartbeat.
