Enjoyed it, as always. Top hotel and location.

Huge hotel close by for all amenities. Staff were very helpful and the room was clean. Only downside is the long-winded self check in process which is plain annoying and rarely works properly.

Great hotel! short distance from bus stops, U-bahns and restaurants. Clean and tidy hotel, and very nice rooms.

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed here for several nights when running the Berlin Marathon and were very happy. We chose the hotel based on location to the start line in Tiergarten Park and price as well as favorable reviews. The property was very well maintained/new and rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was within walking distance from several monuments, the park, shops and restaurants/cafes. We had no trouble getting taxis to/from the airport and other parts of town. We ate breakfast there with friends one morning and the buffet was very nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Berlin and especially from the US like us!

This hotel was wonderful to stay in, comforting to sleep in, fun to hang out in, welcoming to return to each day. The bar area is very cool and one can easily spend hours relaxing there. Large hotel, plenty of room for all. Downstairs there is a self-serve convenience store. The food was very good, the rooms quiet. All in all, 10/10.

8/10 Very good

Breakfast was good, fair amount of choices. Room was neat and clean, even though we stayed in a small double it wasn’t too compact. Coffee machine didn’t work and was replaced promptly, we still had issues working out from time to time (not the easiest to use!)

Great hotel with quirky (in a good way) decor. 5 mins walk from nearest U bahn station for simple access to all parts of Berlin. Good gym, lovely breakfast. Comfortable bed in a decent sized room. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would certainly stay again.

8/10 Very good

Good location near the west side of the park. Across the street for the Big Bus tour. The breakfast with the room is fantastic, it gets crowded but is located in large rooms. Wonderful staff if you need help. If your looking for restaurants, a couple very good ones are a block or two away.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Big rooms and semi good location. Not the very best surroundings for walking. Missing some nice restaurants and bars and cafés close by. Overall good and affordable if you are on a budget. But if you dont like elevators this hotel might not be for you. Stairs only go up to 1st floor so we switched hotelrooms. If you are not on a budget - Prenzlauer Berg is a more fun area to live in.
Verified review

6/10 Good

It is ok, the room was clean. No coffee or tea available in the room, but there is a small shop on the ground floor. Check in at the kiosk was a total chaos, the hotel staff is not very helpful.
Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is amazing. It has good amenities like a table tennis area, bar and gym. Really beautifully decorated. The only things I did not enjoy is that it’s a little out of the way, and there’s little staff as the check in and check out are self service. I missed the human connection. Having said this, the staff I spoke with were very kind.
