The check in (and check out) were both quick and seamless. The room was big for a single person and sheets and towels changed every day. Thank you for a pleasant stay Aldea Zentrum

6/10 Good

Noisy, with refugees staying which I don't agree with when you're renting rooms out. Hotel is OK for what you pay, good location, breakfast is OK. Just a very noisy place, lots of banging late into the night. But it was the world cup.

Overall a good 3.7* hotel with a clean room with all the amenities needed for a couple of nights, although one of the beds in our 3-bed room was done up as we arrived. The breakfast was good quality, although there seemed to be a mismatch between the breakfast times stated on our room cards and that of the (new) hotel policy, and there could be more variety. Staff were polite and willing to answer all of our enquiries and help with any issues. All-in-all a good budget option for a couple of nights in the heart of Berlin.

Perfect location and clean room. Staffs were nice and helpful. Economical option for a Berlin trip. Highly recommended. Only complaint is twin bed instead of one big bed and very thin pillows.

When booking the room picture I received looked luxurious, but what I got was 2 single beds, a shower room in need of updating. Rusty radiator, loose on wall, rust on the enamel shower tray, toilet bowl was very very close to radiator and wall opposite. Not great for tall or larger guests! The only good points were the guy on reception did his best to get my a fan, no air con, room was stifling hot. He also changed my first room as the basin plug was jammed in! 2nd good point, breakfast room a d breakfast was great.

Staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was clean. The location is great. The bed was unreasonably poor quality. Usually this isn’t the case at this hotel.

Great breakfast. Close to everything. Own parking garage but the price is 15e. The TV was small and low because the leg was missing.

Had a great stay in one of the refurbished rooms (design). Bed was really comfortable with lots of pillows and crisp white sheets. Shower room excellent and clean. Communal areas are good, can't understand why some other reviews say different. There are vending machines for cold drinks, snacks and coffee which I found very useful. The staff were all helpfull. Breakfast is excellent, especially the service from Ali and the very lovely Ofelia, always with a smile, thank you.

Good place for a short stay in Berlin. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel before check in. Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. - Only con/peeve: check out was at 12. Housekeeping knocked around 9:00 (I was trying to catch up on sleep) and again around 10:30. I told them on the second time that I’d be staying in the room until 15 Min. before 12. They were polite about it though.

Public transportation right outside the door and restaurants nearby are open til late. Staff was helpful. The room looks old and smelled a bit like sewage, when we checked in but it got better. The carpeted floors in the room looked a bit dirty. It’s fine for a weekend.

Some rooms need to de updated. I stayed in a family room, and the rug had a big stain and looked a little Gross. Staff are really friendly and apologize for it. They could not move us to another room because the hotel was full for the Marathon weekend. We have a complimentary breakfast for the 5 days.

I asked for a double bed I got two single beds pushed together the duvet was so small it should've been a child single duvet. I'm 6 foot two and the beds felt small. The bathroom great great shower toilet sink always warm in there perfect the elevator as I was moving into it The door started to close fast trapping my arm the staff were perfect nice and friendly but do yourself a favour guys stay somewhere else
