FABULOUS stay-THE LEVEL 15th floor for a week, with personal attention customer satisfaction! Offered quiet repose for breakfast and opportunity for meetings plus all day restorative tapas and tinto included! The staff graciously accommodated a gluten allergy issue for not only breakfast but throughout the day providing for "sin gluten" tapas. Wonderful! This hotel is close to everything, we walked everywhere. We had to take metro to Atocha train station and It was only a few steps away. The room with. Balcony was very spacious and great shower. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Will be back soon

We loved our stay here! It was our favorite place that we stayed in while travelling around Spain. The hotel location is perfect with it being right on the best plaza (Santa Anna) in the old town of Madrid. The room was great because of how clean it was, how comfortable the bed was, and the nice shower. Front desk people were nice and helpful. I'd highly recommend this hotel to others.
Really loved staying here! We booked pretty late for our trip so we knew that this hotel was not near the city center. However it was a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station and then a 30 min metro ride to the center of Madrid which goes by a lot faster than you think. We were worried about using the metro but it was actually pretty easy!
