Excellent location at Gran Via street. Close to museums, theaters, restaurants, parks, Plaza Mayor, Casa de Campo.... lots of touristic spots within walking distance. If required, the subway can take you efficiently everywhere else.

Great apartment in Gran Via, with air conditioning, comfortable bed and useful kitchen. Stayed for a festival. Good transport links and perfect for exploring Madrid. Roof top bar and pool with a few sun beds was great, but obviously very popular as it was 40°!

Overall, the apartment was spacious and comfortable, although the cleanliness could have been better. The main issue during our stay was that, due to ongoing construction, only one elevator was operational. This made getting to and from the apartment quite difficult and was the biggest downside of the stay. On a positive note, the rooftop bar is lovely and offers some amazing views.

Excellent location. Spacious and clean room. Bring ear plugs as you can hear the police cars and ambulances go by every night. The pillows need to be replaced. We did throughly enjoy our stay here and would go back. Staff was available to help you out. We really loved the location. We did use the pool and enjoyed the view from the roof top. Our family with two teens enjoyed this hotel. Mattress was comfortable.

We love staying at Grand View Apartments when we come to Madrid, love the ideal location. I will however say that this time around I was not very happy with the cleanliness of the apartment. Seems like they are letting go of the property a little bit. Overall we had a good short stay.
