This four-star hotel lives up to its name and brand. Flawless stay. Easy checkin, wonderful lobby (with a very nice wine bar). The room was superb: spacious (for a couple), clean, and well-furnished. All details taken care of. Our room did not have a balcony (it was summer--too hot outside anyway) so it was larger inside. Bathroom was excellent. Highly recommended!

Great staff and wonderful bed linens. Breakfast had lots of choice and was very high quality. (Our only challenge was that the wifi occasionally stuttered and we lost connection more than once on Zoom calls.) Furthermore, the location was excellent for a busy stay in Madrid: close to the train station, galleries and Retiro Park. Lots of great restaurants in the area.
