We travel via Madrid a lot but have never found an ideal hotel. This was the solution. Nice room, always book one with a private terrace and overhead blind, also close to everything central. Most things are walking distance and there is a metro stop outside. Supermarket across the road. Also a decent terrace on the top floor and a tiny pool and loungers on the fifth. We stayed mid October but this would be ideal for a warm weather stay of a few days in a very busy capital. Staff were really helpful and an efficient fixed price taxi to the airport. Good local restaurants nearby. All in all a perfect spot.

We had come from a place that was not good at all and were tired from travel and poor sleep in the other place. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and when we told of our previous poor experience they upgraded us at no charge to a lovely suite. We relaxed in the rooftop pool and slept perfectly in the comfy bed. The showers are also wonderful. Would absolutely stay again especially considering all of that for a reasonable price and in a great location to walk around and see the sites!

We spent three nights here. The property is spotless, and the location is very close to most attractions. They also have an amazing rooftop where you can have drinks while waiting for sunset. The breakfast and dinner buffet were phenomenal. I would recommend both, they have a great spread of quality local food. The front desk staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful. The spa and pools were some of the nicest I’ve seen. One thing that could be improved is communication between the front desk and dining staff. Overall, one of my favorite places I’ve stayed, would certainly come back. I didn’t want to leave to be honest.

The staff were beyond helpful, nothing too much trouble. The room was spotless and quite spacious. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very good. As we were out and about most of the day we didn’t bother eating in the hotel so cannot comment on that aspect, nor did we have the time to use the spa.
