"A regular hotel, a bit overpriced but very standard in the Gran Vía. Didn´t try the food or breakfast, as prefer to eat outside where many excellent choices abound. It´s Madrid after all. Due the location, not regrets to return any time if possible. As most of the theaters and musicals are walking distance the location covered the extra cost to stay there."

Rooms were amazingly clean and a big breakfast with many different options. Staff members were quick to answer all of our questions, and they were always polite and friendly. "Perfect location, rooms so clean and cleaned daily! Spacious with tea and coffee and a mini fridge. Fluffy towels and a small safe. Some work being done at the bottom of the building was quite noisy one night but it didn’t last long. Very comfy beds, and AC too. Perfect location for shoppers and loads of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. 15 min walk to plaza major"
