"Congested area. Many stores and a supermarket close by. And yet, my street side room was quiet when shuttered and no problem sleeping. Very close to Gran Vía and public transportation. Easy walk to museums. The staff was very helpful."

"Great location on Gran Via in Madrid. Would highly recommend if you want a centrally located hotel that's not directly on a crazy busy square. Gran Via is busy, but once you get into the lobby / into hotel, it's quiet and a peaceful oasis. Room was great, would stay again."

"Perfect location, rooms so clean and cleaned daily! Spacious with tea and coffee and a mini fridge. Fluffy towels and a small safe. Some work being done at the bottom of the building was quite noisy one night but it didn’t last long. Very comfy beds, and AC too. Perfect location for shoppers and loads of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. 15 min walk to plaza major"
