We stayed for one night before a flight to Japan. The room was spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. We used the hotel restaurant and bar - the staff were amazing, but the menu was disappointing and very overpriced. Try and eat before arrival if you can. I'm pleased we didn't have breakfast shceduled

I am not quite sure what was going on with those “ponds” outside the windows on each floor of the far tower. Was a breeding ground for algae and mosquitoes and disgusting to look at. Every floor had been neglected. Comfortable mattress and pillows. The airport shuttle was on schedule and efficient. Room was clean and well maintained.

8/10 Very good

The gym was exceptionally good, and the restaurant staff were very professional and friendly despite it being very busy. However, I was extremely disappointed with the shuttle service. The driver dropped me off at the wrong terminal during the last regular shuttle at 3 PM, apparently just to get home. Completely unacceptable and incredibly stressful. A very poor way to end an otherwise good stay.
