"Great central location near El Retiro Park and Botanic Gardens, the Prado and Reina Sofia museums and the Atocha train station. Nice, clean room on high floor overlooking the Calle de Atocha so lots to look at although it can be a bit noisy at night like any city."

"A beautiful property - the shared spaces and rooms were so luxurious and well designed. One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever experienced. I chose the property for the spa space and rooftop pool/bar - which were both amazing. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable - tall ceilings, excellent AC (important during a heat wave in the city), very nice shower and bathroom space. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely return!"

"Hotel is in a great location. Close to train station and some parks. Lots of restaurants nearby and you can walk to many attractions including the Prado museum. Also a short walk to Neptune fountain where lots of tour companies pick people up from. The room was spacious enough for our family of 3. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
