"For my first time in London this hotel was perfect for a family of four! Older yes but clean and the staff could not be more friendly or helpful! The area of paddington was fantastic! Super close to tube stations and cafes and pubs all around the corner. It was a little noisy at night due to street traffic but once asleep nothing woke me. I’d stay here again for sure! That might not be right for a longer stay and I must admit that a kettle would have been good for a morning cip of tea, but for our purposes this was ideal."

The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Any request we made was handled quickly and professionally. We also visited the spa, which was a really nice addition and made the stay feel even more relaxing.
