Lovely, comfy beds. Good temperature control. Black out curtains I had a mini fridge in my room with treats and a coffee machine, thank you for these touches, they were appreciated.

Great location, nice comfy beds and pillows. Conveniently located centrally but not in a noisy area. Apparently we could have had a free drink but we're running out the door to meet friends and got in late so completely forgot. Coming back in near midnight the vibe inside was lovely, people filling the large tables and nice lighting. Will use again.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring York. The staff were all friendly and efficient. Our mattress, room 311 was a little soft for our liking and there was a lot of noise early mornings due to the bins, otherwise a great stay.
