This is working farm. The horses and working dogs on site, make this a delightful stay. On outskirts of Scarborough, so get both country and seaside ambience. Highly recommend!

A lovely place to stay with an atmospheric bar and dining area. Our room was also faultless. Another advantage of staying here is that the park and ride is just across the road enabling easy access to the town.

This hostel is in a huge house on the grounds of the amazing ruins of the Whitby Abbey. The view is spectacular. You can hear the ocean waves. To get to town, you walk past an old church and cemetery and down a long, old, curving set of stone steps that give you a beautiful view of the city. The staff is friendly, helpful, and on hand 24 hours a day. The breakfast was £5, and was an unlimited buffet with traditional full English breakfast foods and pastries, cheese packets, yogurt, and...
