Rooms were spacious. Comfortable beds. Showers nice size and not tiny cubicle. Some noise with doors slamming. Good selection at breakfast. Front desk staff very accommodating with respect to storing luggage.

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent stay. The room was exceptionally clean, modern and very well designed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything in the room felt new and well maintained. Breakfast was also excellent, with a very good selection and quality. The hotel was quiet, comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a really pleasant experience and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

8/10 Very good

Room was clean, snug and maybe a little extra needed for hanging clothes, bathroom modern and also very clean. Only real moan was the lighting, which was not great and due to aesthetics I feel! Had little to do with staff and they were fine. Did not use the bar. Had breakfast on our first morning and no complaints, though did think £14 each was a little steep.

The girl working behind the desk at check was very pleasant and extremely helpful in providing directions to the Museum Gardens. The room, although small, was clean and had a very comfy bed. Everything worked as it should. Breakfast the next morning was excellent and I'd definitely recommended

6/10 Good

Overall the hotel was ok, small room, but comfortable bed. The shower was only able to be used handheld as it was so badly twisted it would only point at the wall. The bedroom I was in overlooked the back entrance (also the route to the stock room and bins) that had a bright light on all night that seeped around the curtains, and I was woken up at 6:20 with trolleys rattling right past the window. Breakfast was very nice. The car park is tiny and people park outside of marked bays making it harder to navigate into the tight spots.
