Victorian-era lace factories and cobblestone streets create the perfect backdrop for gallery-hopping at Nottingham Contemporary or catching indie films at Broadway Cinema. The neighborhood hums with artistic energy as design studios and boutiques fill converted warehouses where workers once toiled. Lace Market Hotel
"Everything I required was in the room, ironing board, hairdryer and a good assortment of teas etc. Very clean and well presented room with comfortable bed. Only improvement I would suggest is having curtains in the bathroom. Presently there is a blind but my room was right on the road, it was very quiet but the orange street light came through the blinds, hence the suggestion of adding curtains. Very nice overall stay. Thank you."

"Check in was very slow, staff were not helpful"
DoubleTree by Hilton Nottingham - Gateway
"Very comfortable and clean rooms, good selection of breakfast meets requirements for vegetarians. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a couple of things to consider, bar seemed to have run out of a couple of drinks options we ordered. We had traveled from South East London after finishing work. Managed to get to the property around 9:40. Just made it to last food orders for 9:45.May be helpful if the kitchen order time is extended to perhaps 10:00 pm. Otherwise a good stay, have stayed at the Doubletree Hotel twice before."
