Great hotel, helpful friendly staff. Trams and buses run to the front door and help you travel all over the Nottingham area. Although the hotel was busy it was quiet at night and had a good nights sleep.

Noisy rooms The breakfast was reasonable value though the hot buffet was not very hot. Range of food options was nonetheless good.

Very clean and inviting. From the minute we walked in we felt at home. The staff were friendly we just found overall that it was a great hotel for the price and the fact it's also bang in the middle of Nottingham. The breakfast was great. A good selection of cooked and cold breakfast. In comparison to some hotels I have stayed in for the same price I feel this hotel is superior.

Great staff and the guy on the desk was very hospitable. The room was a bit tired and dated as was the bathroom (it reminded me of halls of residence) We didn’t have breakfast as we wanted to sample the local coffee shops.

The hotel was very modern and clean with easy to access facilities, the room was convenient with a walk in shower and decent sized bed. I will be staying here again.
