Hotels in Chester

The location was perfect!! Right near the historic race track and city wall and a block or two from town center! Loved the ease of the keyless entry and the well appointed room and lobby...

This was our first night in our UK trip and was arguably the best place we could stay to introduce us to this country. Our room was small but the stone walls and lovely decor made it feel simultaneously rustic and contemporary. The bathroom was well designed and had a wonderful shower that was just what we needed after 15 hours of travel. The bed was a dream, I haven’t slept that well in a long time. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. I appreciated the don’t trust your sat nav signs...

The staff were excellent! The room was large and clean. I would definitely recommend it.

The rooms were much bigger than I expected! Very comfortable for a family of three (with infant). Just park at the Q and it’s a quick walk.

Great place to stay and staff was awesome. The restaurant was fantastic and we will ne back.

This was a great hotel. We had been at several hotels in our travels and they were very helpful with everything. Giving us directions when needed. Great shower, breakfast was a nice variety, when we needed something the staff knew how to help us.

Great location on the river. Easy walk to the town center.

The staff, accommodations, the pub, the location was absolutely fantastic! This is a wonderful gem in this beautiful city. Right across from the cathedral and pedestrian town walks. Everything you need is here! The staff are like a big friendly family.

We stayed here for our 25th anniversary. They treated us well. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful place. Great value.

The location is good, a 10-15 minute walk into Chester centre. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities you would expect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The upstairs bar is very nice with views across the racecourse and the Welsh Hills. The breakfast is a bit different with some nice continental options. Cooked breakfast is available at an extra cost. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Chester

My husband, son and I went to Chester to place our son at Chester University! This was our first time in Chester and the staff at the Hotel were extremely helpful and welcoming!! They took exceptional care of us and we would definitely stay there again. We also enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options.

The parking was small and we didn't manage to get a space, but that was the only slight inconvenience. Perfectly clean, comfortable bed, thick carpets in the hallway and amazingly confortable sofas. Garden with nice closed spaces for small companies of friends. Fantastic breakfast with really nice and helpful staff. The town of Chester is charming and full of restaurants, atmosphere and English history. The hotel is within walking distance, if you are a walking person, otherwise there are lots...

Very simple room accommodations but met our needs for sleeping while using rooms within the restaurant/bar complex as base to travel to Welsh National Eisteddfod in Wrexham for three nights. Not convenient to pick up bus or not many taxi's on the road. Bar staff helpful.

Great Staff. Clen rooms and great pruce

Great central location and easy access to shops and restaurants. There was a lot of noise through the night but that is a price to pay for staying downtown. Apartment was modern and comfy and we enjoyed our stay
