We had a wonderful stay at The Seven. The room was a great size with a comfy bed and a bath! The hotel was so handy for all of the bars and restaurants in Chester.

This was a wonderful choice for my overnight stay in Chester. The hotel has large rooms, arranged for me to self park my car at the rear of the property, and is just excellent in all respects. The location is very close to the city centre. My dealings with the hotel were very smooth, and I have to single out Tracy for praise - she was so helpful, responsive and clear. I loved the place. They also supplied good coffee, tea, and actual milk. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful room, lovely and clean with loads of space. Straight forward instructions to get there and get checked in and didn’t have to pay extra for parking. Only detractor was that the bed was a bit hard. Everything walkable from accommodation

Unmanned property with access codes for the building and the room sent on the day of arrival. High spec boutique style room. Great place if you don't need all the polava of booking into a hotel and their reception area stresses Close to the city centre but far enough away to be quiet Great shower in my room

We stayed in The Roodee suite and it was very spacious and convenient having the kitchen area and sitting room. It was clean and in good condition. We reserved a parking spot and it was handy being able to walk into town and have the parking at the hotel although if you have a large car, it can be tight! We didn’t have much contact with the staff but they were friendly when we saw them on the day we left but the instructions were very clear on how to access the property. The location is ideal as so close to the centre of town. The WiFi was a bit patchy which meant the TV didn’t always work properly but it didn’t affect our stay!

The room was clean and comfortable and well maintained. The staff were very friendly when on site. The hotel was in a quiet location but only 5 minute walk from the town centre. The digital code pad for the room was incorporated into the door handle which might not be suitable for anyone with low vision.

Clean apartment, nice kitchen area with coffee machine and plenty of tea and coffee provided. Lovely apartment with short walk to city centre yet it was very quiet. Free parking was great too.

The lady on the desk was incredibly welcoming, kind and provided service with a smile which was lovely. The hotel was in a prime location for exploring the centre of Chester. The room was beautiful. Clean, with a very comfy bed and the bathroom was fantastic. Huge bath and rain shower. Nespresso machine in the room with fresh cold water and milk in the fridge. Would highly recommended this hotel for a wonderful stay in Chester with everything you should wish to see in the town centre within easy walking distance. Hotel also provides parking via reservation, but if you’re unable to get one of the hotel parking spots there is literally parking right down the street too. It really is the perfect choice, book it! :)

Not what we had expected but a pleasant stay. This is not a hotel but rather a room in a town-house. The room was modern, clean and we'll furnished. Very close to all Chester's main attractions. We enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous little hotel; you have to self check in but there were no issues with this as they are on the ball with communications. Lovely little touch with the fresh milk in the fridge. Room was clean, well maintained and spacious and in a brilliant location. Bath plug didn’t work properly so the water kept draining when trying to fill it and might have been nice to have some toiletries by the bath as well as the shower but that was the only complaint. Otherwise a fabulous stay, and would totally recommend staying here, thank you x
