"This hotel is in a fantastic location and set in a beautiful, historic villa, which adds to its' overall charm. Our first-floor room was quite spacious, though it overlooked an alley and was noisy early in the morning due to kitchen staff. The service was a highlight of our stay. The front desk staff, breakfast staff, housekeeping, and porters were all excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. While the property itself is lovely, the spa amenities were a bit disappointing, as they felt dated and could use some updating. Although we didn’t dine in the restaurant for a full meal, we did enjoy coffee and dessert in the bar, which was a wonderful experience. One of the best features is the hotel’s private boat dock, which made arrival by water taxi seamless and convenient. They also offer a complimentary boat to Murano, along with access to the original Murano glass factory (located right in Venice), where we were able to watch a master glassblower demonstration—such a unique experience. Breakfast was included and very good, with plenty of options. We especially appreciated that they prepared a to-go breakfast for us when we had to leave early at 6 a.m. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others, especially for its service, location, and unique amenities."

"This hotel was a dream come true. Faro the manager and Jessica at the front desk treated us like gold. The breakfast was great. The room had the most amazing view. The fitness center wasn’t open yet, but Faro showed it to us and they all of the best equipment. We will return to Wengen again thanks to our wonderful experience."

"Great location right next to the train station. You can actually just walk out of the straight to the track. It’s very convenient especially since you need to take the train & bus to everywhere in Switzerland. Only flaw with that is if you have a room facing the track (which we did) you can hear the trains. It’s not terrible but you do hear them on the track and can hear the beeping noises they make when they open and close the doors. Wasn’t terrible but there is some noise. The breakfast is a must!! So many great options for everyone no matter what your preference is for breakfast food. It was delicious and definitely need to add that to the stay. The room was comfy and great condition. They didn’t have the AC on yet but they did provide us with tall floor fan which worked great. Overall it was a great hotel and a great experience! Highly recommended!! Ps. You also get a guest pass which gives you discounts and free access to the bus in certain areas (they provide the map to show the areas)."
