We traveled to Switzerland to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, and Grindelwald was one of our planned destinations. Since we booked the hotel quite late, most available accommodations were very expensive. However, any concerns we had about the price disappeared completely once we experienced the hotel’s exceptional hospitality. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Grindelwald, with excellent access to transportation. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the housekeeping team took great care of every little detail. What touched us most was the kindness of the staff. They remembered my dad’s birthday and even came outside the hotel to personally wish him a happy birthday. This thoughtful gesture truly touched our hearts and made our family’s special occasion even more memorable. I have traveled extensively and stayed at many hotels, but I can honestly say this was the best hotel experience of my life. The outstanding service and genuine warmth of the staff made this stay truly extraordinary. Thank you to every staff member for making my dad’s 70th birthday trip so special. We will cherish these beautiful memories forever and sincerely hope to visit again someday! ❤️

Staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Room was spacious and clean with soft beds and pillows. No AC in entire hotel was NOT an issue. as the evenings were cool and the windows have heavy shades to keep hotter days mild. The room also had a desk FAN so with a cracked night window and a fan blowing it was 10/10 best stay on our trip.

The rooms are nice and turned daily. The staff were helpful and attentive. They offer daily breakfast which was good. Located right next to the bus stops if no rental car, without many uphill walks from the train station or from the First gondola. There’s parking available if you have a rental vehicle. When we come back to Switzerland a 5th time, this is where we will stay again.
