The property was close to the train station which was the only reason we planned on passing through Geneva. Penelope and Nana at the front desk were so helpful and they encouraged this exhausted traveler to give their city a chance. They talked me into going down for the light show on the lake front and I am glad I did. It started me on road to recover from a bad river cruise experience. They also had convinced me to take a tour of the city which I did and learned many things about city. They love their city and want others to experience what it offers. Not to mention how well they took care of checking us in.

Great location a few minutes walk from the central train station. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Tram stop is directly out the front. Wonderful hotel, excellent and efficient staff in the traditional Swiss manner: calm, unfussy hospitality. Remarkable location, if you're lucky with the train to the airport it's half an hour door-to-door, with the lake 10 minutes walk and a real array of Geneva's cosmopolitan restaurants in less time than it takes to order!
