This hotel is very comfortable and close to Cornavin which allowed me to move quickly in the city and to the airport with a short train ride. The staff was very nice and helpful. I like running so it’s easy to go down to the lake and take a nice jogging session.

Comfortable, plush and conveniently located, I enjoyed it as much as on the previous visit, although this time my bathroom was inconveniently set up with the shower in the middle of the bathtub instead of off one side, and the towel rack difficult to reach behind the spray prevention glass.

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal and would return back when visiting Geneva. Customer service was top notch from anyone we encountered. Tony went above and beyond during our stay, and his colleague Penelope was wonderful and very courteous too. The room was clean, spacious with all needed amenities for a family with young kids. This hotel has the perfect location. And the public transportation arrives at the front door. You have a grocery store right across the lobby and the common areas are perfect to drink a cocktail 🍹 there are plenty of restaurants found within walking distance. The Air conditioning in the room did not work too well but everything else was perfect! The staff was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was close to the train station which was the only reason we planned on passing through Geneva. Penelope and Nana at the front desk were so helpful and they encouraged this exhausted traveler to give their city a chance. They talked me into going down for the light show on the lake front and I am glad I did. It started me on road to recover from a bad river cruise experience. They also had convinced me to take a tour of the city which I did and learned many things about city. They love their city and want others to experience what it offers. Not to mention how well they took care of checking us in.

Great location a few minutes walk from the central train station. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Tram stop is directly out the front. Within minutes of booking, I received an email to download free transport around Geneva (boat, tram, train). This was really useful. Room was spacious and clean. Would stay again when next in Geneva.
