Our stay was awesome! This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel, very convent location (train & boat station, along with shopping and many restaurants are all walkable - within a mile) the staff was incredible and it exceeded all the little details. Rooms are top notch and they spared no expense on amenities.

The service deserves a 10 star rating! Every single one of them went out of their way for anything we asked about! We were traveling with small children and the attention to them was extraordinary. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed. Our room was awesome!! Every detail !!! Everything is thought to give you a wonderful confort. People at hotel are very nice all around, at the lobby, the restaurant, room service, etc. Everybody is looking how make you feel like never before. We have special appreciation for Catherine at from desk, well she was very kind with us since the arrival; during our stay was always worried about our needs and at our departure concern in every detail!! This hotel spoils guests!! After been there you don't want to stay in any other place.

Great location near the old town and in front of the water. The best part is that you can swim in the lake in front of the hotel. The hotel looks great but it feels to me some of the server lack training and perhaps the chain is getting bigger as it doesn’t feel special anymore. In other high end hotels the check in is special, here it feels like any other check in.
