Truly wonderful location! Great to have a tram stop right in front, but also was an easy and beautiful walk over the footbridge crossing the Limmat and through the Platzspitz park to the Hauptbahnhof. The views of the Limmat and the industrial quarter all the way to Uetilberg from our 6th floor windows were really stellar! We liked being able to open the big window for some fresh Spring air! We stayed in the Junior Suite and it offered a nice layout for a family of 4. The location walkable to the Old Town and there was a delicious restaurant in the building.
It is a quirky small hotel, as evidenced by the level door on an angled hill street. The room is small (minimalist) but the beds are nice and comfortable. A/C works great. Making up for the quirkiness of the hotel is that it is very conveniently located to the Zürich HB, without the noise. I would stay here again. For Zürich hotels, the price is reasonable.

The response from the host was very timely and helpful! I would definitely stay again! However, there were more stairs entering the property than expected or described. This was a true inconvenience for limited mobility persons.
Brand new unit - excellent building and very close to metro /train. Highly recommend if you just need a nice place to stay/great bathroom but don’t need restaurant/bar inside the hotel. Loved our stay and definitely will stay again !
