The young lady at the front desk was unprofessional. We arrived early at 8am and she dismissed us by saying our room would not be ready until 4pm. What she should have said was, "Welcome to our hotel. We have a comfortable lounge for your use and we will call you in a few hours when your room becomes available." Some training in customer service is definitely needed.

Just spent 4 nights.. staff were all very nice and accommodating especially Khristina! We loved the location to everything.. hotel was clean and we had a group of 8.... it was a bit chaotic checking in but the hotel was extremely helpful and understanding!
