" The room was clean and well prepared. All the staff we had contact with were polite, friendly and helpful. The price we paid for the room was very reasonable. There was one thing we weren't happy about. At check in, we were told we needed to pay £10.00 for parking for two nights. We had not been made aware of this charge until we arrived at the hotel."

Check in was easy, the staff were friendly and the effort they made to make the reception and dining areas festive was appreciated. The room was clean, with everything you’d expect and a great sea view. Perfectly located with St Anns on your doorstep and everything you’d need within walking distance."

There was plenty to do and see in the local area, and the hotel itself was excellent - very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which made a big difference. The pool was a highlight for us - we used it three times during our stay and loved it! Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it and will definitely be returning."
