Helpful friendly staff. Spa is good and plenty of parking with car chargers . Room was clean but decor a bit tired. Only 1 hangar in the wardrobe. I guess they had been liberated! Dinner menu adequate, breakfast good

8/10 Very good

Overall it a good stay: very clean and staff seemed happy and willing. The little things like I drink decaf which was poor so the next day there was a pot of decaf waiting. Double charges for room service are alway a frustration, tray charge and service charge. Just say how much you want and let people tip! There is also complimentary water in card bottles that they ask you to fill but on filling the bottles desolve or split and leak everywhere.

had a fabulous stay at the Marriott, friendly staff, even when passing in the corridors, nothing too much trouble, always smiling and then recognising you the following day. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and I was kindly upgraded so even better. Breakfast was lovely and the spa area and facilities were great and really clean. The hotel was at full capacity so was impressed that standards had not dropped at all. Will be back when visiting my son, thank you for a lovely stay.
