Clean room and communal areas, breakfast was manic as no control could be seen in admitting the guests, it was a free for all till the lady in charge put up a rope holding back customers wanting admission, overall a good hotel

Arrived late in the evening and even though main meals were finished the chef knocked us up three main meals of our choice. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were sooo comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous and the breakfast area was clean and well prepared.

Ok overall, bit tired in places and could do with a refresh in some of the public spaces. Beds fairly comfy and rooms had everything we needed. Breakfast was satisfactory but very busy with queues.

The hotel is lovely, clean, bright and very peaceful. The tram stop is very close. Blackpool pleasure beach train station is only half a mile away. The breakfast was great. I would stay here again.

Super clean and I’m very picky. Parking was easy but to be paid by ring go. Staff were great. We had a room with a sea view and although our room was right next to the lift it was very quiet all night which I had worried about. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Check in was efficient and friendly. Room was clean and nicely furnished. There was some dirt on the inside of the sliding bathroom door but this wouldn’t be seen by the cleaner if the door was open. Breakfast was great either way lots of choice and was well stocked and warm. Very quiet rooms and location was handy for the tram stop.

8/10 Very good

Overall for the price, the hotel was good value. We had a small issue with cleaning in the room but it was resolved promptly and we were given a voucher for a free drink. Customer Service was top notch! Whilst breakfast was a bit busy due to being so busy, the quality was good.

Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable and pillows were too soft, we didn't get a decent sleep the 4 nights we were there. The buffet breakfast was lovely plenty to chose from, staff were lovely and helpful, free wi-fi. There was no pool but free fitness room which was well equipped
