"Very friendly / helpful staff especially the head guy in the restaurant ( and if he’s not in charge he should be ! ) only thing I might have added was a toaster other than that great food !. Rooms were clean with plenty of storage space ,great hot shower too "

"The staff was nice and there was parking on site. The breakfast was as pictured. It was kind of hard to find coming from the rental car spot at the airport especially in the dark. I expected a stand alone building but it appears to be part of a larger complex. The one weird thing is there were mosquitos in the elevator and also in our room. It worked for a last minute booking."

The staff was incredibly helpful to me as a solo first time traveler to Italy. Victorious and Massimo were incredibly helpful as I was having great difficulty getting train tickets to Milan."

"Staff were fabulous, nice surprise breakfast was included, pastries, bread, yoghurt, fruit, cereals and a lady there to make fresh coffee which was a bonus. Perfect location few mins walk from train station but far enough to not feel like you're near a train station. So many dining options, markets few mins walk away with a fabulous food hall. I read and read reviews and worry when booking based on reviews, but i was very happy, id stay again and would recommend to my family."

"This was a lovely hotel in a real residential neighborhood but with easy bus access to all attractions. The gelato place downstairs is amazing (be sure to admire the cabinets of finished cakes!), and the restaurants recommended by the hotel staff were amazing and very non-touristy. "
