There aren’t many plug sockets in places where they could be needed. The biggest strong points were its cleanliness and its great location for many different things. We arrive later than 8pm. Since this is a resident hotel, we need to keep in touch with the hotel to have somebody open the door for us. No big deal though. The building and room looks aged by actually quite cozy. We had the suite one but there is value for price. We face the river and the surroundings is quiet. If you don’t lock the windows, the street starts get busy around 8am. We needed to leave at 6am and the hotel helped us call a taxi (bus in Florence is not trivial). EXCELLENT service!...

Very good location, in residential area with several great places to eat nearby. Short walk to grocery store, 15 min walk from train station and away from all the buzz of the center of town. The apartment itself was quite nice but it was lacking some basics such as pot holders, working coffee machine, dish washing soap, (2nd roll of toilet paper) and things like that. Might have been a one time oversight. Better instructions on how to take out the trash would be helpful for future guests. ...
