"Very good location, in residential area with several great places to eat nearby. Short walk to grocery store, 15 min walk from train station and away from all the buzz of the center of town. The apartment itself was quite nice but it was lacking some basics such as pot holders, working coffee machine, dish washing soap, (2nd roll of toilet paper) and things like that. Might have been a one time oversight. Better instructions on how to take out the trash would be helpful for future guests. ...

What a lovely hotel! The staff was amazing. AC was lovely in the heat wave. Our family enjoyed our stay very much and would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Florence.

The best deal in Florence. Down feather pillows and a smart TV which was a nice touch during our down time. Adorable and quiet courtyard and only 5 minutes walk to the best of Santo Spirito. Will definitely be staying here again!
Quaint boutique hotel in great location. Clean comfortable room and nice breakfast. Wonderful restaurant almost next door and close to train station. Highly recommend.

Nice atmospheric hotel. Had the tone of Roman history with a painted ceiling in our room and some exposed brick. Breakfast was ok. Towels were unusual ,- very thin but still absorbent. Good location. And accommodating staff.
We arrive later than 8pm. Since this is a resident hotel, we need to keep in touch with the hotel to have somebody open the door for us. No big deal though. The building and room looks aged by actually quite cozy. We had the suite one but there is value for price. We face the river and the surroundings is quiet. If you don’t lock the windows, the street starts get busy around 8am. We needed to leave at 6am and the hotel helped us call a taxi (bus in Florence is not trivial). EXCELLENT service!...
Kiara was wonderful from start to finish. The staff are welcoming and so very cordial. She even upgraded my room. The property itself is gorgeous with lots of space. I appreciated the unique touches of this property. Breakfast was also very nice to have in their restaurant which has a very lovely skylight, perfect way to spend a slow morning on vacation. Thank you, Hoxton I am a loyal fan.
For some reason I didn't notice the negative reviews before I booked (I must have been tired) or I wouldn't have booked this suite... but I'm really glad I did!
The whole place apparently just completed renovation a week before we arrived... it sounds like there's a huge difference in the hotel from those old reviews and now! Everything was new, including the elevator.

Wonderful 2-night stay in Florence! My family and I were all comfortable staying in the room with 5 beds. Lots of hot water in the shower! The reception staff were all very friendly and helped me to figure out the best ways to get to different points of interest - by taxi and by tram. I would definitely recommend anyone spending time in Florence to stay at this amazing property!
This apartment is perfectly located just south of Santo Spirito in the Oltrarno area. A quick walk to Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio, but also just on the edge of the non-touristy side of Firenze.
The apartment has an amazing kitchen, is very clean and safe. My favorite stay during a recent 2 week visit to Italy. I will 100% book with Mamo in the future.
I loved the lady that took care of the place was very helpful, and friendly. We got a lot of suggestions from her about where to go and where to eat, she also kept sparkling clean. The only negative was the the room was too simple and expensive.
Amazing apartment in the heart of Florence. The decor is so tasteful and all the artwork on the walls amazing. Beautifully renovated apartment with two big bathrooms and two bedrooms. The couch in the living room converted into a bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils needed. Perfect apartment. We will stay here again next time we visit Florence.
