"Clean room, friendly staff. Location a little out of centre 25min walk into Florence but quiet. Supermarket across the road. Has a microwave which is handy."
"The workers were very helpful and friendly. We were able to drop our bags off early and leave them there after we checked out as well with no problem. The air conditioner worked great too"
"Lovely little apartment. Clean and quirky. Needed a little more information at the introduction. No tea towels. There are extension leads but we had to hunt for them. There aren’t many plug sockets in places where they could be needed. The biggest strong points were its cleanliness and its great location for many different things. Close to the pitti palace, boboli gardens bardini gardens. Yesterday (Sunday) we discovered an amazing artisan market at santo spirito palazzo. Many excellent eateries...
"Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed and well-appointed room. The friendly staff helped with directions, restaurant recommendations, and reservations. Good breakfast, great bartender at the bar in the lobby. Would stay again and highly recommend."
"No WiFi connection during our stay. The sofa bed didn't have any bedding and it was really uncomfortable.
The unit was really cold with no heat in middle October.

"Amazing apartment in the heart of Florence. The decor is so tasteful and all the artwork on the walls amazing. Beautifully renovated apartment with two big bathrooms and two bedrooms. The couch in the living room converted into a bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils needed. Perfect apartment. We will stay here again next time we visit Florence."

What a lovely hotel! The staff was amazing. AC was lovely in the heat wave. Our family enjoyed our stay very much and would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Florence.
Staff were very helpful and professional. Speaking English was not a problem. The breakfast buffet had a lot fresh food, fruit and pastries to choose from
Quaint boutique hotel in great location. Clean comfortable room and nice breakfast. Wonderful restaurant almost next door and close to train station. Highly recommend.
The attention and Friendliness of the lady in charge was superb. The breakfast was delicious. The room had an exquisite view. It was clean, modern, beautiful and we enjoyed the bottle of wine the room came with, Thank you!
The best deal in Florence. Down feather pillows and a smart TV which was a nice touch during our down time. Adorable and quiet courtyard and only 5 minutes walk to the best of Santo Spirito. Will definitely be staying here again!
We arrive later than 8pm. Since this is a resident hotel, we need to keep in touch with the hotel to have somebody open the door for us. No big deal though. The building and room looks aged by actually quite cozy. We had the suite one but there is value for price. We face the river and the surroundings is quiet. If you don’t lock the windows, the street starts get busy around 8am. We needed to leave at 6am and the hotel helped us call a taxi (bus in Florence is not trivial). EXCELLENT service!...
For some reason I didn't notice the negative reviews before I booked (I must have been tired) or I wouldn't have booked this suite... but I'm really glad I did!
The whole place apparently just completed renovation a week before we arrived... it sounds like there's a huge difference in the hotel from those old reviews and now! Everything was new, including the elevator.
We really loved the suite, it was very thoughtfully and beautifully done, comfortable and in a great location. By far the best...
The room we had at this hotel was the most beautiful I've even been in. Hotel was situated in a great spot and was easily about to walk to all parts of Florence. The only downside was the evening festivities in the square. We only stayed here one night, as this was the last stop of the trip and we had to leave the hotel the next morning at 5:30 am for our flight back to the US from Rome. Upon returning to our room after dinner, a band was playing in the square around 10 pm. We thought, ok, they...

Good bnb for Florence with quiet location easily accessible to tour points. The actual hotel is up 3 flights of stairs...we didn’t know that in Italy ground floor is 0, not 1. So if you see "second floor" its actually 3. Totally fine for us but maybe not great if you have tons of luggage or are elderly. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems at all with the lodging.
Wonderful 2-night stay in Florence! My family and I were all comfortable staying in the room with 5 beds. Lots of hot water in the shower! The reception staff were all very friendly and helped me to figure out the best ways to get to different points of interest - by taxi and by tram. I would definitely recommend anyone spending time in Florence to stay at this amazing property!
