Great location! Just across the river, slightly away from the more touristy area, but still walkable from the train station. Roxy at reception was lovely. They had us wait just 10 minutes & we were allowed to check in early. The room was fabulous! So much space! The air conditioning rocked! Free beverages in the fridge. Would absolutely stay here again! Excellent value for the money.

The reception staff were very accommodating, kind and helpful with local suggestions and directions. The location was great for walking to all parts of the city from and the neighbourhood has great shops, bars and restaurants that are out of the main tourist area. I may not have had a great view but it was a great home base to go out and experience and enjoy all the city has to offer! I had a lot of fun and enjoyed the live late night entertainment in the bar across the street as well.

The staff and accommodations are excellent! Very close to the heart of all that is Florence (nothing farther than 10-15 mins walk) with lovely small cafes and trattorias right outside the front door. The room was clean and very spacious. We will definitely be returning to this place on our next visit to magical Florence! A big thank-you to Roxy and Fredrica who made us feel right at home and were there for any needs or questions we had! Excellent service!

The hotel marketing is good. The Superior room looks much bigger and nicer online. The superior room with a garden view is very small. And the room is on the ground floor with the lobby and other rooms on the fourth floor. The hotel is conveniently located and walking distance to main attractions, restaurants, grocery store, etc. We expected a bit more, but the bed is comfortable, the AC works great and it was very clean.

The reception is on the third floor and our room was on the ground floor so arrival was a bit hectic. The reception is not well signed posted and we climbed all floors on the stairs before finding it. However, the staff was very friendly and the room was simple, quiet and clean. Modern bathroom, tee, coffee drinks in the fridge are offered. The location is perfect for visiting Florence and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
