Fourth time to Florence, but first time we stayed at this property. Lovely property away from the crowds of central Florence, but still only a 10 minute walk to the train station or Ponte Vecchio and 15 minutes to the Duomo and Mercato Centrale. 20-25 minute taxi ride to the airport. Quite area. A few nice restaurant options around the area, but no convenience stores nearby, so plan to grab some drinks or snacks on your way back to the hotel. Room was typical for European standard size room. Bedding was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay from check in to check out.

Very nice stay. Me and my wife was celebrating our 10 year anniversary with a weekend i Florence. The hotel is a 10-15 min walk from city centre, so a nice and quiet area. We stayed a total of four nights, and the room was excellent, and so was the staff. Helping us with all our requests. Will book again! Forza Viola!😊

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The checking in process was wonderful. The receptionist was very thorough and helpful in making us a map of the area and getting us a dinner reservation last minute. The rooms were big and spacious. I do wish though that the air conditioning was cooler. Also more replacements for the coffee machine. The porter though was incredibly helpful with all our luggage. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend it.
