The Owner of the hotel checked us in early and was very kind and helpful. Upon departing, he was kind enough to store our bags a few hours and let us freshen up in the restroom before leaving for the train station. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for the price and central location.

Really liked this hotel and the staff. The only problem is there is no lift to the top floor and there are a lot of stairs. We had two very heavy suit cases! Otherwise good location.

Hotel was better than expected. In the quiet street of historical center of Firenze. All receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is nice historical building in perfectly maintained shape. Bed was very comfortable and hotel room was very clean. Gluten free options for a breakfast were very appreciated by me. I would give extra reward for this. It is walking distance from everywhere. If we go to Firenze again, we choose this hotel again.
