Excellent
We know Ilkley well as we have family living there - it is a very attractive town with lots of amenities and good shopping. It is also home to one of Betty's famous tea rooms. It is near the beautiful countryside of the Yorkshire dales.

Ilkley is a lovely place to visit. I did not feel safe at the hotel, because someone just entered our room when we were in it. For goodness sake, we could have been relaxing in an intimate way.
"Perfect location in the central of Leeds. Very warm welcome upon check in and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
Room was modern, clean and all the amenities you’d expect, with great air con!
Breakfast was lovely and tasty in a relaxed setting."
"From the moment we stepped in and were greeted by the doorman it was the best stay. We left our bag as we arrived early. On returning to the hotel we were checked in and given our key and we enjoyed a drink in the bar first. The room was upgraded for my husband's birthday and it was beautifully adorned with lots of balloons and a lovely message with chocolates from the manager. Such a lovely gesture to be so spoilt. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The sofa was really comfy to watch TV. The complimentary mini bar was a lovely touch. My husband loves a bath and it was huge even for him at 6 foot tall. Had the best night's sleep with no noise and total darkness with blackout curtains. In the morning we managed to enjoy sitting out on the balcony in the sunshine before sadly having to leave. David on reception went above and beyond to help me out also which was so generous. It isn't our first stay at Dakota and won't be our last. "
"Staff is amicable and professional. Check in is seamless.
However, there’s a queue upon checking in and it was stuffy while waiting. Maybe a simple fan will help everyone."
"The hotel itself is so convenient for traveling and is directly in the city centre
the hotel room was really cosy and had everything I needed for my two nights stay
Breakfast buffet service was really nice with plenty of options to choose from
Maybe having a mini fridge in the room would be nice to keep items refrigerated "
