An excellent location right in the heart of the city centre. Full of character my room was spacious and had everything I needed. My stay was enhanced by Caroline at check in who delivered brilliant customer service from beginning until the end of my stay. She was helpful initially with parking advice and luggage store then offered useful hints/tips throughout my stay.

Felt very welcome and had a great time. Caroline was on top of everything from the get go and made my Partner’s 30th celebration go super smoothly. We also had a great experience at the hotel bar with David - very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel super welcome. We’ll definitely return when we end up in Leeds again!!

What a beautiful hotel with so much history and character. We stayed in a suite which felt luxurious. Well maintained and clean. Nice big fluffy towels. Only negative for us was the pillows were not firm enough but that's a personal choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Caroline. Thank you. Would recommend and definitely return.
