Breakfast for a fee. No much amenities more than a soap, shampoo and napkins. Parking available. During the stay there was a +15 group of students and no adult control. they were very noisy, keept knocking at all doors and running the hallways. Parking official was very polite and helpful with the parking map. Receptionist didn’t enabled the door key the first time asked me to use it the “right” way. Later they were calling me on the phone asking who i was , because there was a misunderstanding( on their side i guess).

El hotel se ve que ya tiene años, las instalaciones no son las mejores y no se ve seguro en la ubicacion en la que se encuentra, lo que es si repruebo es la comida, la atencion es buena pero la comida es mala.

El desayuno bufet puede mejorar si se agregan mas proteinas y si la comida esta caliente ya que el precio es alto para la cantidad y calidad de alimentos. El personal en general necesita ser mas amable, por lo menos ser cortés, solo se salva la camarera quien hace muy bien su trabajo. La alberca es demasiado pequeña, no vale la pena si lo que se busca es pasar un rato refrescante.

Habitación limpia, el colchón muy duro. Cuenta con estacionamiento propio, importante la ubicación puedes caminar para llegar al zócalo o al centro, en Uber pague 40 pesos un sábado a medio día pero dejas tu auto en el hotel, los estacionamientos en puebla tiene mala fama, no te arriesgues a un mal momento por cobros excesivos, daños a tu auto o robod e pertenencias o gasolina.
