"The front desk staffs were very friendly especially the day shift. The AM front desk staff proactively asked how my first night was and I told him about the bed. He promised he would follow up and the issue was solved when I came back. Great service and I definitely recommended this hotel. Breakfast was very good too. "

"The staff was nice and there was parking on site. The breakfast was as pictured. It was kind of hard to find coming from the rental car spot at the airport especially in the dark. I expected a stand alone building but it appears to be part of a larger complex. The one weird thing is there were mosquitos in the elevator and also in our room. It worked for a last minute booking."

The staff was incredibly helpful to me as a solo first time traveler to Italy. Victorious and Massimo were incredibly helpful as I was having great difficulty getting train tickets to Milan."
