The food was delicious and 24 hour service. The staff was always eager to help and assist with any questions on where to go, and safety. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will be staying there again for our next family trip to CDMX. We had two rooms and we all had an amazing time. Esteban, Ivan, Miguel and Odin were such a great help each day and their smiling faces made our 9 day stay feel at home.
