Staff went above and beyond to help us. We were staying at a different hotel and my girlfriend wanted to stay another night. We booked this room and staff offered to pick up our luggage for us. They called our existing hotel and made all the arrangements. We started our day at 7am leaving our luggage at the old hotel and came to our room when the day was done. I came to this place already loving it and I was not disappointed with my stay. In fact, I was disappointed with myself for only booking one night in Capri! This is such a convenient location being by the port and is right in front of the bus station and being steps away from the beach. Breakfast was one of my all time favorite breakfasts in Italy. They serve you as if you were eating at a restaurant and are all extremely helpful with tips on the town. I can't imagine staying elsewhere.
We had an amazing stay at Villa Brunella. Staff was very attentive. Our suite was impeccable, with an amazing view of the sea, large and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Dining at their restaurant was an incredible experience. We will definitively want to be back there soon!
Everything about this hotel met and exceeded expectations. If I had to be picky I would just say the hotel could have alerted me that it was 120$ for the luggage transfer that I mistakingly assumed was complimentary.

Hotel La Scalinatella was located in the best part of the island surrounded by the most amazing views. The hotel and room was the most comfortable we stayed in during our time on the Amalfi Coast. I wish we would have stayed here our entire trip, and took day excursions to all the other sights (Positano, Amalfi, Ravelo, Sorrento). The staff is so helpful and the free breakfast is AMAZING.
