Our room had a sunning view of the mountains and sea, we had breakfast brought up to our room every morning and the staff were incredible attentive. Best welcome ever had

The hotel offers tremendous personal service, they came to the boat arrival at 10:30 in the morning and handled our luggage and the ride to the hotel. Upon arrival they situated us comfortably with delicious food while waiting for the room to be ready. They also provided a car ride to the town center for us to explore Capri right away.

I would consider one of the best places we ever stayed. The staff from reception, drivers, waitreses and etc.. makes you feel like a family and willing to go extra 10 miles for you. They are making your stay enjoyable, unforgettable and memorable. We only had a breakfast at the hotel and it was delicious, everything was fresh. Room was cleaned twice a day. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Excelsior Parco! The hotel is beautiful with amazing views and close to everything. The room was big and clean with a relaxing balcony. The hotel provided free transportation to and from the port and main square that was very helpful and convenient. The breakfast everyday was amazing in a beautiful garden setting. There is so many amazing qualities of this hotel but the staff is the real gem! They immediately welcome you as family and you really feel their care throughout your stay. Gaia and Gianpiero are so attentive and caring. They make sure that your time in Capri is incredible and everything you dreamed it would be—and they made it happen! Peppe, was like an old family friend -his warm smile each morning at breakfast was always a nice way to start the day… in addition to the delicious breakfast and coffee him and his staff provided. Buddika and Marco were both so helpful and worked hard to make sure your experience was always wonderful. A truly remarkable hotel !
