What an Amazing hotel! If you are going to Capri stay here! You won’t regret it! Pool, bar, walking to the beach. The hotel has free transfer every 8 min from and for the piazetta. Great service!

The hotel is a bit outdated but my "family" room was huge. The location is amazing just steps away from the beach (free) and multiple beach clubs. There are several reataurants/bars near by but we mostly used the hotel shuttle to go into town and have dinner there. The lunches around the pool were very tasty! The calamari is a must

They have a shuttle from the port to the hotel that makes the transfer very easy. The view from our room was beautiful. It is a short walk ~5 minutes to the beach. There are many paths suitable for walking to restaurants or scenic views of the Arco de Naturale. The breakfast and lunch food was good.

Such a beautiful property with a stunning view of Marina Piccola and the Faraglioni rocks! We loved our three night stay here! Our terrace view was amazing, the room was huge and the staff was so helpful and friendly, with a special shout out to the shuttle drivers! The free shuttle to town that runs every 8 minutes was a huge plus! Grazie mille to everyone!

Everything and everyone was great here. Very helpful staff. Pool was awesome, just wish it was open a little later. The shuttle service to and from the town center was so helpful. Only thing I would change is our room (junior suite) was under the restaurant and it was extremely loud when chairs and people would move above us early in the morning.

The location of the hotel was great with fantastic views and a beach nearby, although this was always very busy. Our room was described as a Junior Suite but in effect was just a large room. It was clean and the bathroom was good and spacious. It was extremely noisy from early morning to late night with constant banging and moving of the furniture directly above. I would not recommend rooms in the 540s range for this reason. The shuttle service was very good and the staff friendly. The reception staff were mostly good although one a little curt. The food in the restaurant was good and lots of choice for breakfast. The service in the restaurant was good for the first two nights with one particular staff member very efficient yet also cheerful and very helpful. The night he was not there was terrible being slow, people asking when their food would come, and our bill was incorrect. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel but, with the issues above , would try somewhere else should we return

Outdated. Needs to be renovated badly. Our room had a sewer smell for an hour that was awful. The breakfast was very good but gave a “Best Western” vibe. Also may be because the furniture was straight out of 1980.

Amazing views. The shuttle service was exceptional as walking wasn't an option. Rooms are slightly dated but who cares when paradise is outside. Unreal that you can stroll to the beach and swim in ocean. Staff is very friendly .
