The hotel is nice, but not sure about 4 star amenities. No coffee machines in the hotel rooms or elsewhere onsite to use in the AM outside of breakfast (where it is served by staff). Website notes a hotel bar - we stopped for a drink once and it was awkward, no menus, had to search for staff, seemed like an inconvenience/not an actual staffed bar you would expect. The pool area is nice and has a bar/serves food, we ordered drinks but no food. Drinks were ok. Corner of the pool area by the wellness, massage area needs to be cleaned - it looks dirty and disorganized. We booked massages and the massage area and rooms look like more of a storage facility and gym locker room - you would expect a nicer ambience for a wellness area at a 4 star. The hotel itself if very well maintained, nice rooms, everything clean, showers could be improved (shower heads and the shower space), the handles for the shower are clunky and dated. The breakfast was great and all the staff were very helpful. Small walk down a hill from the main street but very easy to get to the town center. They offer someone to pick your bags up from the top of the street if requested. The hotel has so much to offer but fell short on amenities you would easily expect for a 4 star hotel - we very much looked forward to the stay but were disappointed with a few items that don't fit the ratings or cost.
