Valais Hotels

Overall, this place was fantastic. The hotel did not disappoint. Only complaint is we were in the area during the “off season”, and all the surrounding businesses were essentially closed. But the breakfast alone at this hotel is reason enough to go back if I ever find myself in Switzerland again.

The Capra is one of the best hotel experiences I ever had. We keep going back anytime we can. This is the one place where service is at its utmost definition.

OMNIA was amazing. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers transfer to/from the train station.

Very good

We arrived in Zermatt by train, and the hotel provided free transportation from the train station. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The hotel's 'lobby' is more like a living room, complete with comfortable chairs, fresh flowers and a fireplace. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious and had breathtaking views of the mountainside, as well as a personal note from the innkeeper and fresh apples upon our arrival. We had turndown service each evening with...

Beau Site is overlooking Zermatt with a splendid view of the Matterhorn. Great hotel with welcoming staff. This ended up as a very relaxing five day vacation with pampering service and good food.

A great little hotel where attention is paid to every little detail in the room.

Clean, well decorated, helpful staff!

Comfort and perks greatly exceeding expectations for a budget hotel. This hotel's "budget rooms", where we stayed at the height of summer, offer a (ski) lodge experience but also provide access to high end amenities (pool, sauna, workout, jacuzzi etc.). While the budget rooms are below surface level, they are designed to still offer glimpses of mountains and sky. They are also incredibly spacious and equipped with modern furniture and fixtures. Bathtub and showers to not drain well, suggesting...

This property is amazing. It is near the Very center of town. Walkable to everything. It has a courtyard with loads of chairs for enjoying the outside. Rooms are spacious, clean, and very well-appointed. Minibar, fridge, heated towel racks, robes/slippers, complimentary water and kombucha. The spa area is also exemplary--hot tub/jacuzzi, pool, sauna, wet sauna, and aromatherapy shower. All very clean. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast in the morning is extensive...

The staff was incredible. Beautiful views from our balcony. The included spa had a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna which we fully enjoyed. We considered staying another night after we saw the room for the first time! We would definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.

The service was incredible, and the amenities were truly unique!

Perhaps the most welcoming experience that we have had. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is very good, walking distance to lifts and to a broad range of restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi have a unique vibe. Highly recommended as a top choice in Zermatt.

Don’t hesitate booking this property. Rooms and facilities are like new and as advertised. Great location and centrally located. Staff is very accommodating.

Had a fantastic time at this very unique hotel located above the city of Zermatt on the Mountain Gornergrat. We requested a room with a view of the Matterhorn and we were extremely pleased with our room and view. The price of the hotel included dinner and breakfast (at least in our case). Not sure if this is the norm, but a nice surprise. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. When you consider the very unique experience of waking up or falling asleep with the Matterhorn from your room at eye...

This is a small traditional Swiss Alpine Hotel that has been owned and run by Sami and Melanie Perren. They are always around to help make your stay enjoyable. The main part of the hotel has traditional alpine rooms many with views of the Matterhorn. There is an adjoining building with up to 3 bedroom suites. They have an excellent fitness facility and serve a sumptuous buffet breakfast. Their restaurant is open for dinner and offers excellent traditional Swiss cuisine. It is ideally...

This is an amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Zermatt and a mere 4 minute walk from the train station. Staff were very nice, rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. They have an attached restaurant and bar that were great. Both have great atmosphere with a cozy fireplace in the lobby bar. Great saunas and steam rooms on the lowest level. Ski storage room as well and a nice gym. Perfect place to stay on all fronts.

Holy Cow!!! What a find! Really, I can't say enough good things about the hotel, the staff, and our stay. The room was excellent, beautifully equipped, and every want taken care of. Our mini fridge was stocked daily with soft drinks, water, and a couple of beers. Coffee in the room was excellent. The decor was contemporary mountain and beautiful. Helpfulness of the staff was unbelievable! I would have lost patience with me- but they were kind and knowledgeable. Breakfast was crazy!! Yummmmmm...
