The rooms and bathroom were very clean. The view was excellent. There was no refrigerator in room or AC. A fan would have been nice. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room did have an electric kettle, regular tea or instant coffee would have been nice. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. I would definitely return.

This hotel was wonderful. Very tasteful in its design and well maintained. Perfectly located in the middle of town and walkable to everything. When we first arrived in the afternoon we couldn’t see the mountain behind clouds but it was out in its full beauty in the morning while eating the complementary breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything.

Excellent for what it is. Lovely little hotel in Zermatt, great for a ski trip. They have a ski storage room with a boot rack to dry and warm boots overnight. Excellent buffet breakfast each morning. Nothing extravagant, but the price point reflects that. Great value for the cost. Had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our balcony!
