We booked last minute and were very grateful to have been welcomed so warmly by the staff, we requested to stay another night! The hotel was exceptionally clean and we loved the toiletries in the bathroom and shower. We were able to park our tall vehicle in their car park for free which was really handy. The village was nice to walk around and there are some fantastic restaurants. Breakfast was delicious - self-serve buffet with a range of foods.

The hotel was very nice, in great condition, spotlessly clean and located next to everything Villars has to offer. The room was large also well equipped and spotlessly clean with beautiful views of the Rhone Valley and the Dents du Midi. The daily included breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of choices for everyone. Our only negative was that the hotel's only restaurant served only Chinese food, which seemed an odd choice for Switzerland. We only ate there on our first evening because we were tired and didn't want to go out exploring after arriving late. The food itself was not inspiring and the wait staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves that in serving their clients. At the end of the meal having seen no wait staff for over 5 minutes I was forced to go into the kitchen area to find our waitress in order to ask for the bill.

Hôtel with unique concept introducing Chinese culture and cuisine into the Swiss ski resort, very kind staff and great service during our entire stay! We start the day with fresh pressed orange juice and good quality breakfast, perfect ! They make authentic Chinese fondue and Chinese dishes too.
