Excellent stay for my family in Zermatt. Location was perfect. The Spa was a huge highlight. The whole family loved it and it was quite unique and special with views of the Matterhorn. This was such a wonderful hotel with a truly unique room. We felt surrounded by windows, allowing us to fall asleep under the stars, with a moon-shadowed Matterhorn outside, and wake up to breathtaking views. The staff was incredibly helpful and eager to assist us. It was a special birthday celebration for my daughter, and they thoughtfully had a “Happy Birthday” sign and balloons waiting for her when we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated, making it even more memorable. We can't wait to stay here again!

A wonderful place to stay with incredibly helpful and caring staff who did their very best to make my husband’s birthday special. We were truly surprised and delighted by their thoughtful gestures. This is what I call genuine personal service. Both the loft and the double room have a unique and interesting design. The breakfast was generous and of excellent quality. Despite the central location, right in the middle of everything, the hotel felt very peaceful and relaxing. The hotel spa is a true oasis of well-being, offering a perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend this hotel and would once again like to highlight the lovely, friendly, and attentive staff who made our stay so memorable. Thank you so much!

I loved this property. They are centrally located in the middle of town. Close to train station (but their shuttle will come get you) and between the two lift locations. I walked each day to the lifts but there is a town shuttle however the walk was beautiful and just as quick. Each evening I enjoyed the onsite hotel tub and spa amenities. There is a wonderful breakfast that is the cherry on top for this property.

A few seconds walk from Zermatt train station. We stayed in the Stars Suite for two nights. I cannot think of one negative thing that anyone could say about this hotel, the spa or the staff. The welcome was so wonderful, the apartment was top drawer, the spa (day 5 and day 7 were my favourites) is an experience to really indulge in. The view of the Matterhorn…!! Breakfast is even better than you can imagine. Then on your doorstep are many many fabulous bars, restaurants, boutique shops and stores. No cars, no trucks only yodelling electric tuk tuks! Absolute bliss.

We spent four night at this hotel and had such a lovely surprise as we got upgraded to the sky and stars suite on check in. It was amazing. The view of the Matterhorn from the balcony was superb. The room had a safe for valuables. The bed was very comfortable with a memory foam mattress and the bedroom was spacious. You could look at the stars from the bed at night if you pulled the blinds back. There was a telescope set up in the living area also to look at the stars. The lounge was comfortable and the tv had many channels including BBC/ITV. The kitchen had everything you needed. We used the facilities in the kitchen to cook dinner a few nights when we were too tired to go out after long days trekking in the mountains. There was a small bottle of Prosecco as a welcome drink for us in the room and a Nespresso coffee machine. We didn’t get the chance to use the spa but saw other people enjoying using it. The breakfast was superb. Great choices of cereal, juice, meats, bread, fruit and cheese as well as eggs cooked to your liking. We had dinner at the fine dining restaurant one night and the meal was beautiful. A wonderful experience I’m glad we did not miss. The property is well situated for all the activities in Zermatt and very close to the train station (approximately 250metres). If we are in Zermatt in future, I will definitely return to this property. I highly recommend it to others who are planning on going to Zermatt.

My favourite hotel in Switzerland so far ! The decor is stylish and comfortable. The staff is amazing. Our room has a balcony with the Matterhorn view. We love the breakfast and the spa. The spa is very interestingly designed and it’s free for the guests. Great experience!
