This property is amazing. It is near the Very center of town. Walkable to everything. It has a courtyard with loads of chairs for enjoying the outside. Rooms are spacious, clean, and very well-appointed. Minibar, fridge, heated towel racks, robes/slippers, complimentary water and kombucha. The spa area is also exemplary--hot tub/jacuzzi, pool, sauna, wet sauna, and aromatherapy shower. All very clean. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. This is an amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Zermatt and a mere 4 minute walk from the train station. Staff were very nice, rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. They have an attached restaurant and bar that were great. Both have great atmosphere with a cozy fireplace in the lobby bar. Great saunas and steam rooms on the lowest level. Ski storage room as well and a nice gym. Perfect place to stay on all fronts.

We were stuck here during the snow storm that hit Zermatt and caused the trains to be closed for two days. The staff did the best they could to provide entertainment, warm food and a place to say while we waited out the train. The hotel has great amenities, pool and spa services. Also only a very short walk to downtown shops and restaurants and the ski shops and lifts to the mountains! We will be back!

Holy Cow!!! What a find! Really, I can't say enough good things about the hotel, the staff, and our stay. The room was excellent, beautifully equipped, and every want taken care of. Our mini fridge was stocked daily with soft drinks, water, and a couple of beers. Coffee in the room was excellent. The decor was contemporary mountain and beautiful. Helpfulness of the staff was unbelievable! I would have lost patience with me- but they were kind and knowledgeable. Breakfast was crazy!! Yummmmmm...
